Extracts from the Cadastre of Public-law Restrictions on landownership
Extracts from the Cadastre of Public-law Restrictions on landownership (PLR-cadastre) contain legally binding information about the most important public law restrictions that apply to a given plot of land.
Product description
Each extract contains all entered geographic data as well as all applicable legal provisions:
Here a distinction is made between two types of PLR-cadastre extracts:
Status of data
The Cadastre of Public-law Restrictions on landownership (PLR-cadastre) is currently being developed. Cantons, which allow access to the PLR-Cadastre in their territory – or parts of it – are constantly being added.
The available PLR-Cadastre data are indicated in the map above.
The cantons are responsible for updating the PLR-Cadastre.
Costs
No charges apply for dynamic PLR-cadastre extracts.
As a rule, no charges apply for static PLR-cadastre extracts, unless notarisation is required. The fees for notarisation are specified by the corresponding canton.
Procurement of data
Data can be obtained via the respective cantonal PLR-cadastre portal.
