Extracts from the Cadastre of Public-law Restrictions on landownership

Extracts from the Cadastre of Public-law Restrictions on landownership (PLR Cadastre) contain legally binding information about the most important public law restrictions that apply to a given plot of land.

Product description

Each extract contains all entered geographic data as well as all applicable legal provisions:

Here a distinction is made between two types of PLR  Cadastre extracts:

Status of data

The Cadastre of Public-law Restrictions on landownership (PLR Cadastre) is currently being developed. Cantons, which allow access to the PLR-Cadastre in their territory – or parts of it – are constantly being added.

The available PLR Cadastre data are indicated in the map above.

The cantons are responsible for updating the PLR Cadastre.

Costs

No charges apply for dynamic PLR Cadastre extracts.

As a rule, no charges apply for static PLR Cadastre extracts, unless notarisation is required. The fees for notarisation are specified by the corresponding canton.

Procurement of data

Data can be obtained via the respective cantonal PLR Cadastre portal.
