A distinction can be made between the Land Register and the Cadastre relating to public law restrictions on landownership rights runs. Both contain information on PLRs that affect specific parcels of land, but the Land Register deals with PLRs that are imposed in an individual case (with specific individual legal instruments) and PLR-cadastre deals with PLRs that result from general rulings (in general-specific or even in general-abstract (e.g. Communal Building Regulations) decisions).
